Sarah’s change of plans

Thought i would write you a testimonial while I’m nursing my baby boy.  at 22 weeks pregnant i was very eager to do my hypnobirthing course so that I could practice lots before the big day. Gabriella was great with the course, really giving a good picture of what birthing could be like with the right mental approach. In the end i had to have a cesarean as i had an unusually large vein in a risky spot that was not common. We chose to have the cesarean and were just glad the issue was found early enough and not at the last minute. Gabriella helped again with planning for the day, as I still believed that having a good state of mind throughout was essential. On the day i listened to all of my scripts and relaxation and was told that i was very calm. Isaac arrived very strong and healthy and along the way i learnt how important being calm and confident in your body is during and after pregnancy. Gabriella also did our placenta encapsulation which was great!
