My passion & drive to in supporting you Mama to have a smooth, happy and nurturing transition to parenthood and beyond. Through my Beautiful Doula Virtual Package, I provide emotional support and practical guidance for both you and your support team to help you avoid feeling the overwhelm exhaustion not knowing how to make your labour experience better whilst in the thick of it.
Over Facetime or Zoom or phone ( pop pods in your ears ) I can be right there with you.
Pre-Natal planning session so your birth ready
You will receive a mock birth plan to help navigate your needs, birth skills session and planning support breath work and relaxation to listen to from me. Option can be VIRTUAL BIRTH CLASS
THE DETAILS: In the labour space ( where the magic happens )
Let me be your eyes and ears, let me support your partner whilst he/she supports you, with years of experience I can help you both navigate no matter what turn your birthing takes.
Pop your ear pods in and have me doing relations and give you as much as you need till you can do it alone.
Hourly check in’s during labour, updates, beautiful relaxations, & coaching to achieve your positive outcome and support till baby is born.
Once your baby is born, Postpartum( 2 weeks )
Both week a 45 minute Zoom where I will hold space for you to debrief your birth, listen to your fears and concerns and celebrate the overwhelming love and joy a new baby can bring. I can also provide practical tips for caring for your baby, breastfeeding support and gentle guidance around sleep and settling. If you require further support that is outside my area of expertise or we both feel you would benefit from in-person support with a particular issue, I will do the researching for the most appropriate professional and refer you on where needed.
These check-in whenever you need via audio or text message including your weekly Zoom calls. You can ask any of those niggling questions that come up when you have a new baby, you’re not quite sure what to do with, and receive further encouragement and emotional support on your early parenting journey.
