As you can see, it was a very peaceful and healing experience, up until the last hour and a half where I went from 4cm to birth. Managed without drugs though (just some gas), and the support of my husband who was wonderful. Thank you so much Gabriella for introducing us to hypnobirth, it made such a huge difference to my birth and also my pregnancy.
