Mariah’s Painless Hospital HypnoBirthing

This was an amazing birth experience. I did NOT feel any pain. you can see during my surges (contractions) that I look very relaxed. My “labor” was only 7 hours long. The “breathing the baby out” (Pushing) was more challenging for me but it was probably only because this was my first baby. I did not have any drugs because I did not need them at all!
