ALI’s Hypnobirthing joy!
Hi gabriella. My husband anthony and I are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of Amelia Lynette Rice born fri 21st august at 6.51pm weighing 8 pound 6.5 ounces and measuring 53.5cm. I used my hypnobirthing all the way with only gas which didn’t do a lot anyway. Unfortunately still had tearing but should recover nicely
