As your doula I want you to feel strong, supported and looked after. I will develop a relationship with you during your pregnancy, learn why you feel the way you feel and help you to turn any negative thoughts and emotions into positives.

But I want to tell you about how I will help you. I will provide you with holistic, non-judgemental, woman focused care. My holistic therapy skills will be used to help you get the most out of your pregnancy and birth. You will feel well supported, heard, cared for, important and confident. I love to see my clients transform over the course of their pregnancy and enter motherhood filled with confidence, strength and joy.
Or perhaps when you think of birth you fill with excitement and joy. You can’t wait to undergo the transformation from woman to mother. But you understand that the transformation can be overwhelming and that you may need someone to help facilitate this transformation. Perhaps you just need someone to massage your back, read affirmations and hold the space for your transformation to happen smoothly.
No matter where you are at in your journey to motherhood and no matter how you envisage the birth taking place, I am there for you. Throughout the whole process I will support you to make informed decisions, remain calm and relaxed and to move through this time of transformation with ease and confidence.
